I can't login to cPanel

I have a free account on x10 hosting. My site had always worked right, until I got an account suspesion because I hadn't visited the forum. On July 27, my account was unsuspended. Everything seemed OK, but when I tried to access the cPanel to configure my site, I had to login again (it never happened before), and after inserting my username and password, I got an error "Login Attempt Failed". I try once and again, and always get the same error. Also, when I try to visit my site, appears a x10hosting page saying: "Website specified does not exist".

Hello,

your account was not restored after recent server upgrades, I have restored your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
