If you can't login to your cPanel on fris, go to http://x10hosting.com/control Login using your forum info and change your cPanel password. If that doesn't work then open up a support request and we will kindly resolve your issue.
You have to login with your email or your forum account then change the password in the panel and not use the "reset" password option that is there when you login...

Go to your remote hosts and add:
int.fris.x10hosting.com
69.175.6.94
