i can't login to my cpanel

i have registred a new account but i can't logon to my cpanel??
i have activated it by mail ??
what is the problem?

Well, I had the same problem. I entered my username just the way I regestred it (FoxHound) but it has to be without the capitals, it was just (foxhound). I hope I helped u.

Go and login here http://x10hosting.com/account, if you can, and it will say something like Absolut.x10 over on the right somewhere.

That's the server your on.
