I cant login to my FTP

I cant login to my ftp.

my username is padirilk
ftp address ftp://www.padiri.com


whats wrong with it????

try ftp using dreamweaver.
in options ftp address need to be www.padiri.com instead of ftp://www.padiri.com

I'm having problems too. I'm using WSftp. Problem is I haven't used a FTG client for some time now. I thought I had logged in correctly, but this is the responce I get:
Finding Host elementfx.com ...
Connecting to 74.86.117.240:2082
Connected to 74.86.117.240:2082 in 0.421, Waiting for Server Response
Connection closed by remote host.

I've also used
www.elementfx.com
but I still get the same responce

getsmart the normal ftp port is 21. Not 2082.

Tried port 21
authentication failed repeatedly. And my password is correct.

The messsage I get:
331 User getsmart OK. Password required
PASS (hidden)
530 Login authentication failed

This is my account details:
Account Username:getsmart
Primary Domain:http://getsmart.elementfx.com
cPanel URL:http://getsmart.elementfx.com:2082

The account username should be getsmart@getsmart.elementfx.com, it should work.

I think, you might have tried to access the remote directory before connecting to Server. And, your FTP client is giving you those messages. Just connect to the FTP Server & work on. If you have any problem reply here. We'll help you.
