.i can't login into cpanel with my username and password using forums account thats what the login need, but i can login into forums. i already activated with confirmation code and successfully accept. but when i login again into account management panel. the user and password is not recognized

You were supposed to select a different (username &) password for cpanel/ your webhosting account at sign up.
