I can't open for the life of me

I've looked everywhere and I can't find a solution for opening cPanel. it's very frustrating, i've been trying to figure it out all morning, i've tried entering my account information AND my forum information. Nothing works, i got a hint that it may be something to do with a server my account is on and there's a tool to help with that, but the link to that tool no longer exists.

cPanel username (not your Forum username) and password. Do you get an error?

Wait, how do i find my cPanel username? is it the same one that i signed up with? did they send it to me in an email?
