i know this is not official support but when i went to ticket support page i couldn`t login , i tried to login many times but i couldn`t i tried my cp panel name and my forum user but i couldnt , how i can login there ? even when i clicked the sign up for this Support Desk link it showed "ERROR: You do not have enough permissions to access this page. Please log in by entering your e-mail address and password" .
iam not sure what i can do ...
and the reason why i wanna supprot a ticket cause when i log into my cpanel , i see this under the Inactivity Reminder >> Your cPanel login is: lucifer
sorry, account is linked to more than one forum account.
what does that mean ?? i have one account in the forums and iam nt using another account !! and iam active ,,, staff can you help me to resolve that problem when i try to login in the ticket support site and i wanna know what does this mean >> Your cPanel login is: lucifer
