Hi, I am unable to post any messsages in the forum as it says I do not have the privileges, also my friends site is not working, she can log into her account but her site does not come up when she enters the sitename greenislandhouse.x10hosting.com it says the name does not exist, she also cannot post in the forums or open a support request
