I cant reactivate my account before 21 days from warning

I have received a "Notice of Account Suspension" mail the 30 of may of 2014.
In that mail you say:

"Inactive free web hosting accounts are removed from our servers after 21 days."

Today 20 of may 2014, is the day 21. Is not the day "after" 21 and I cant not unsuspend my account.

Please could you unsuspend it.

I have try create it again with my e-mail sp1200mk2@gmail.com and system says:

Unfortunately we're unable to accept your sign up at this time. The reason is included below.

We are not able to accept your sign up at this time.
Please try again at another time.

i have try it several times...

but why you say in the e-mail "after" 21 days and i cant unsuspend it today... day 21.
