I cant repark my domain

I got my account deleted and created a new one.My problem now is that I cannot park my custom domain to my new account.

Im sure that I have removed it from my former account parking.

But when I repark it at my new site I get the answer.

"the domain belong to someone else"

Ho I can make the domain free to be parked again.

New account username:kadipoa

Domain name:zanzibarwebsite.com
