I cant restore a mysql database

I need help restoring a mysql database. The database is gzipped, I go to Backups try to upload it, and I don't know what happens, my internet is kinda slow, maybe thats, it, it takes a wile to upload, then it writes Restoring MySql Database and a arrow near it, and nothing else, the database is there, but no tables in it, it's EMPTY.
I also tried in phpMyAdmin but there I get a error of 300 seconds passed or something like that.
And I saw that SSH isn't available


Someone help ? :sad:


edit: The database is 9MB gzipped and 90MB not gzipped, I'm trying to upload it gzipped and a friend says that cPanel and neither phpmyadmin doesn't accept more than 4MB...

Im not sure what the problem is. I had this happen to me once, so I always just make my backups through phpmyadmin.

so I tryed that and it gives the 300 secs time out error, my friend said that I must ask my host to restore it...
