I can't seem to unsuspended myself.

I am suspended. However, I had submit the request for unsuspended and I get a message saying I have been unsuspended. But, I tried to go to my website still blocking me and show me a message saying that I am suspended.

You should be able to login to cPanel or FTP to your site.
Remove/edit the .htaccess file to get rid of the redirection to the suspension page.
Clear browser history/cache
You should then be able to see your site.

Well, yeah. I tried those two methods before. Did not work well.

I tried to login into cPanel. But, the website is blocked due to some errors from the website. *Certificate Error* However, I also did tried to login using FTP. Unfortunely, some errors pop up too while connecting to the FTP. *Critical error and Could not connect to server*

I will escalate this up to the Staff so they can fix it.
