Forgive me for my second thread about this, but I still haven't gotten any answer to my problem.
Like I said, when I check domain and account availability, everything is ok... domain and account are available. BUT, when I try to sign in for a new account (my old account with the same name had been terminated), it says something like this: "Domain name is in use. Please choose another one."
Why can't I sign in and register new (same) account?!
