I can't sign up for cPanel?

I've successfully signed up for the x10freehosting www.littleradford.pcriot.com
But it's asking me for my cPanel username. I've looked all over the cPanel site to sign up but i can't find it anywhere?
I might just be blind or stupid but can someone please help me.

You specify it when you sign up. If you are looking for the URL, it's http://yourdomain.com:2082

I've just tried that. http://littleradfod.pcriot.com:2082
I can get in but now it comes up with cPanel login???
I've been trying to sign up for cPanel.
or is there a defualt login???

The account does not seem to have been created. Can you please forward me the confirmation email that contains all the account details to my private message on the forums? I will create the account should i not find it in the accounts list.
