I cant to upload a SQL File

Hello,
i will to host my web site, it works reading values from a database. I log into Phpmyadm. I click in import, select my database ( 1 mb only) and appears a error's msg.
Plz help me, i realy need this

There is no kidding. It's not a problem with your site. That error means that the server itself as a whole is too full to do anything. The admins are being made aware of the problem, and they'll try to get it solved.
