I can't upgrade to prime or illuminated

Hello, I seem to just get a blank page when trying to upgrade to Prime or Illuminated .
Tried several browsers and a couple of computers. Afraid I can't offer any further info

I seem to just get a blank page when trying to upgrade...

x10hosting is currently changing - updating for a while now - their program (plans and software) to upgrade free-hosting accounts
you can NOT pay to upgrade your free-hostimg account or pay to renew your current upgrade until x10hosting sets the 'new' software
