It used to work fine 3 days ago. There must be something wrong with upload in ftp. When I try to upload, it keeps saying fail.

Are you still having u/l problems? What FTP client(s) are you using? Is(are) your client(s) using active or passive mode (whichever it is, try the other)? What's the exact error message? If the error is coming from the server, it should have a standard FTP error number along with a message; you might need to look at the FTP log to find it.

Ws_FTP = Windows series
gFTP = Linux

They both said that to upload failed in file manager.

It used to work fine before August 26. To upload is not successful until now.

It said Failed, Error:550

To clarify: you can connect and get a list of files, but can't upload, correct? Can you download files? Are there any directories you can't access?

Error 550 is a permission denied error. Check that the account you log in to has write permission on the directory. There might be something wrong with directory ownership or permissions.

I can get a file. I believe that I can delete the file too. But I can't upload. I am gonna delete the folder I try to upload now.

I solved that issue. It was a folder name. That caused 550 error. Now I can upload.

I already delete all folders and extracted folders again. I try to upload folders again. It still says it's failed. I am frustrated with it a little bit now.

Are you uploading archives and extracting them in cPanel's file manager? That might create the files & folders with the wrong permissions or owners. Did you check ownership and permissions, as suggested by my previous post?

ownership and permissions on what folder name? public_html?

I put them into public_html

If it's public_html, it's 777 chmod

I had to upload them over and over from 9am until 1am. These files are completed. I got too many fails. Now it says like this when I plan to install.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It's 500 internal Server Error.

I would have to start uploading them all over again.

I finally solved it. I changed from 777 chmod to 755 chmod for public_html.

Upload is bad a little bit. It fails over and over. It should upload smoothly.
