i can't upload files to server

its three days I have this problem , i can't upload files using php script or ftp, only with cpanel file manager can do it.
my current php version is Intermediate v2. and yesterday i applied for v3 Advanced but it still in pending :biggrin:

mail() supported?
upload file supported?
