I noticed that vb.co.cc isn't registered.
You will need to go to co.cc and register it, then point name servers to ns1.x10hosting.con and ns2.x10hosting.com

Co.cc is a third party domain that is owned by co.cc. You must register it there in order to use it. x10hosting doesn't own or control co.cc domains. The other choices you get for free domains here are owned and controlled by x10hosting, just not co.cc.

1. Hosting username cannot be changed.

2.In cpanel you can add your domain.You can either add it as addon or as Parked
