Could you please be more specific about your problem (ie. what error are you getting?).
If you are on Lotus, then I believe there are currently some site-wide problems related to FTP.
Please also ensure you are using the correct details (ftp.yourdomain.x10.mx, Port 21, replacing yourdomain.x10.mx with your domain).
