I can't use my ftp

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to connect to my ftp, trought browser and smartftp, but they are saying like i'm not registred.

So I go to cpanel and i see isn't have a ftp account.

And on the orther server I have.

Just create FTP acount on that page - enter new login and new password.

but if I create a user to login i will need something like: ftp@dhems.x10.mx, and this account don't is "Special FTP Accounts", like this other host.

I can hardly understand what exactly you mean. if you created with username "dhems" then it will be dhems@dhems.x10.mx. whatever it is... as I see you have already created account and used in FTP succesfuly )
