I can't use my Hosting Account

I get the following error msg every time I try to use my account:

"An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist."

What is/was your cpanel username because your account was properly terminated.

"Mario Galvez" is also my hosting username... (if not, mgalvez)... I'm sorry but I am not very sure at this moment, since I went thru the process several times...

What was the domain name?

domain should be: tr3bol.x10hosting.com
Please, try both: "Mario Galvez" and "mgalvez" as username for hosting.

Well, "Mario Galvez" would be too long, the hosting user names have to be 8 chars or less due to a restriction with cPanel.
