i cant use the default site builder

i have tried to us the online site builder at sitebuilder.x10hosting.com but i was not able to use it, it displayed a warning that my user name or password was in correct.

Yes, I noticed the same problem a few weeks back when I tried it out. (Note: I assume you're talking about the Reptile Site Builder in cPanel).

I don't know if it was disabled during the server upgrades & hasn't been re-enabled yet, or if it's another issue.

Anyone else?

Any help how do i build on my site with a sitebuilder, i have an empty site, and x10 reptile sitebuilder is not working, it will be tasking writing scripts for each page.

You could try submitting a Support ticket about it - you aren't the only one with the problem ;

Note the problem may be to do with the PHB level we're on ;

....... Just put in your website address, cPanel user name, and password......
Make sure you upgrade to PHPv2 if you have not already, http://x10hosting.com/account

So it's worth getting clarification from Support about this.

Please post back here with your findings/ progress, so that others reading the thread can also benefit from the info.:)


Is anyone able to log in to Reptile SiteBuilder? (Free/Paid hosting? Your server?, PHP level if known?)
