I can't use the website builder software from cpanel

I tried to launch the website builder from cpanel. It won't allow me to get to step #2 because of the warning message say "Username or Password incorrect". I am prettry sure that I input them correctly. How do I resolve this issue?

Are you sure you're using the FTP username and password?

EDIT: I just logged in fine with my information... So, it's apparently got something to do with your account.

Yes, I am using ftp username and password. I am a new user. I just created the account today.

Your password is your cPanel password.

I've tried both usernames of "stvpta" and "stevensonpta". None of them works.
