i cant view my site when i try to access it thru my web browser

if using my ftp program. i can add and remov files from my public html folder. however when i go to my site in my web browser. it says
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request...

It's a permission problem, Corey can sort it out for you with SSH

All you need to do is go into cpanel.
Click on Index Manager
Then click on / (Current Folder)
You will see a page with 4 options

Default System Setting
No Indexes
Standard Indexing (text only)
Fancying Indexing (graphics)

select Fancying Indexing (graphics) and save

You will now see a list of all the files and folders.
