i changed to a subdomain now my site doesnt work

i changed to a subdomain and the backend says all the work is done but my site doesnt work? any help thanks

Are you receiving any specific error messages? Why do you say your site is not working? We need more details in order to supply support.

it just acts like my site doesnt exists. most of the times it goes to my ISP search engine meaning this site doesnt exist. Once or twice there was a x10hosting page saying THIS SITE DOESN'T EXIST REGISTER IT NOW.

Your website seems to be loading fine for me. I've attached a screenshot as proof.

If you continue to receive error messages, try clearing your browser's cache and flushing your DNS first.

i have no idea what the problem is... not only can i NOT see my site i can not access the FTP.....

It may then be a problem with your internet service provider caching DNS. You'll have to wait until your ISP flushes their DNS.

Hello,

Like Adam say, try to flush your DNS, clean cache, and delete all the temp files, then restart your pc and try again.
If it don't work, please try to access ussing proxy, with the proxy you could see your site :)
