Hello x10Hosting community and hopefully staff,

As the title mentions:

I deleted my login credentials almost half a year ago or more, can't access cPanel or delete account

This is pretty much all I can say regarding this matter, I deleted it for security reasons to re-add, now I can't access my login to do anything to the account and cPanel doesn't load at all.

I can login into my first page login at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login, but I left it for ages now and even the inactivity limit isn't taking effect to auto-delete, as it keeps logging in and out the account. It just spins forever and doesn't let you in, never times out etc.

Please help regarding this issue, I can't seem to contact x10Hosting directly for this problem.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. Your account is in good standing. As you may have seen, x10 is not using cPanel anymore, but DirectAdmin. Please remove any links you have to cPanel (which it sounds like you're doing since you're using the SSO link).

There is no direct contact for x10 when you use free hosting. Emails sent to @x10hosting.com email addresses are not returned for free hosting support. If you want to have 24/7 access to a support system, then that is offered with x10premium. I'm only like 6 1/2 hours after you opened this thread, so that's pretty good for free, right?

You ISP was on the block list and I'm not sure why. Can you please try again now?
