So, I am totally new on this... I just opened my account yesterday. I was trying to install joomla and I thought for some reason that I should delete the files in the ftp, and then put the joomla files...
Of course it didn't work. I found out that using softaculous would be easier to install joomla, but now it doesn't let me, and I think it is because I messed with the files that I shouldn't have in ftp.
I've read on this forum that there is no way to restore original files unless somebody recreates my account... so please if you can, do it.
If there is another way, just tell me...
This is the error that softaculous gives me: The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the Server Admin.
