Your Account suspension is permanent and it can`t be removed in any case.

See normally on a "I suspect it's hacked" I'd escalate this to staff for them to confirm.

Here's why we won't in this case: 14 hours after account creation, you were suspended for mail.php on your account, which says right in the file it's an email bomber. Not even 1 day. I doubt anyone even knew the account existed to attempt to crack it.
