I didn't know I can not run cron-jobs, please open my account

I've installed mediawili and I should run update.php by a php command, I didn't know it does work or not.
please open my account to backup my information. it is really hard for me to reconstruct what I built on your server.

The cron-jobs can be run once every 24 hours. If your account was suspended for the first or second time by high resource consumption, you can reactivate it from your Cpanel. If this is the third time, you need an AM for reactivate your account

His account is already unsuspended, but his site is failing to load and just giving up a white page instead. I'm wondering if he was trying to upgrade his install when he got suspended midway through it.
