Have you tried requesting the confirmation e-mail to be resent from your account panel? (http://x10hosting.com/panel.php - Use the same credentials as here at the forums for login)

If that still fails you can send me an e-mail at anna[at]x10hosting.com using the e-mail address on record and I'll manually set it as confirmed for you.
