Why I do not sign in my control panel area. I give my username and password correctly but is shows \'Login Attempt Failed!\'?
Why it is shown to me?
Please help me.

You should be using the username: nitish19 to sign in at either:
https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/ or
http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/

If the above is correct then please try resetting your password as per the instructions here: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Change_Your_cPanel_Password
