I dont find any file in my file manager

I dont find any file of my web site in my file manager , also when I go to the URL of my site I see "Error 404 file not found ".

No I dont find anything , the same error 404 , the URL is procopy.pcriot.com

I know the problem now.
No , it's not related to dns or any thing , perhaps to the dns of my Internet provider because I can log to my cpanel and view my site with a Proxy.
I dont know how to solve this problem , but it's out of my control.:dunno:

Ok, I will move this to level 2 support so a admin can take a look and see if there is an ip block on the firewall.

Hello I re-opened the thread because I still have the same problem and the same error :

Not Found

The requested URL procopy.pcriot.com was not found on this server.

Verify it again. I added the IP to the allow list, hopefully this solves this issue.

Can you try doing a trace route?
