I don't have an account?

When I log into my account panel it gives me the following message: "The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account." I also cannot access my cpanel. Is anyone else having this problem?

It means that you don`t have a hosting account. try signup again or sumit support ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com

I highly discourage you from submitting a support ticket right now. Administrators are being overloaded with support requests due to the recent server shifts, and the high volume will likely cause a longer-than-usual length of time before you receive a response. The worse part is, a majority of the tickets submitted are illegitimate support requests, which just slow them down.

Okay... I probably should have mentioned that it was working fine after they created the account. It started with this error after they got done with upgrading the servers.
