I don't know how to insert ads in my Site

Hey I need some help inserting ads on this page www.shut.exofire.net Also wondering do i need adds on all my pages?. And Is it possible to re size them so it doesn't stretch out my template.

The ad has to be on every page. You are not allowed to modify the appearance of the ad so you can not resize it.

Well than what am I supposed to do if the ad itself won't even show up? I would throw it on the bottom of the page but if you guys can't see it i'm going to be banned so whats the deal why isn't it showing?

The advertisers we use do not always show ads depending on your visitor and other factors.

Our staff will look for the ad code and not the ad.
