I don't know what my hosting account is suspended

I was doing some work on my account when it was suspended - with a suspension message of
"Mysql chatbox buried in the XXXXX subfolder."

How can I get my account unsuspended?

You cannot get your account unsuspended.

MySQL based chatboxes are resource intensive and bog down the servers. They are therefor against x10hosting's T.O.S. which you agreed to when signing up for your Free account.

You Free Account, and all its contents, will be deleted sometime after 14 days. You will not be given access. No backups.
