Hi, i dont know if user's freeshosting could create support request, so i think it could be usefull for your.

i checked my site with http://host-tracker.com, in some parts works and other parts does not work.

For 2 weeks, i can not be able to access to cpanel, either i can not see my site from my local ip.

I can load your site with no issues. Please clear your browser cache and try again. I have also been able to use the cPanel on your server with no issues every day this week.
