I am currently stuck on this page

Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

i forgot my cPanel username

According to this HOW TO: Link your forum account with cPanel. I cant get past Step 4.

i have had 3 emails

1) Action Required to Activate Membership for x10Hosting Forums
WHich i did

2) {Spam?} x10Hosting - Ad-Free Hosting Account Confirmation
which i did

3) Welcome to x10Hosting Forums!
just a thank you email

ok i can finaly get in

i dont know wat i did but i keep screwing my self over

i change the password of cpanel
now it wont log me in with the new or old

n i would guess the cPanel username is the same as the Account Username
which is ithc

Have you tried resetting the password via the account management panel and using only lower-case letters and numbers, no special characters or spaces ?

i think my problems have sorted as i went on the the live support/Support CHAt

and <Christopher> one of the help guys helped my through everything i needed in setting up my hosting.

just waiting for my NS to change correctly
