Where do I build my website? Where is my file manager?

Your File Manager can be found at http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 or https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 , which would be your cPanel. Your website can be built out of software from Softaculous (such as Wordpress, Joomla, or a forum) which is found in cPanel, you can make your own using tools such as Notepad++ or you can use x10Hosting's Sitebuilder software (http://sitebuilder.x10hosting.com).
Additionally for file management, you can use an FTP client.
