may i ask why i am suspended on hosting?????

"Shoutbox\Chat Scripts: Use of these scripts is strictly forbidden due to the amount of MySQL queries they take. Accounts found with chat scripts or shoutboxes will be suspended."
I have imposed a 24 hour forum ban due to the fact that you continued to open multiple threads about this issue after being warned.

After you calm down a little bit you may want to consider the suggestion made by Calistoy in one of your other threads;
"The Illuminated and Premium hosting packages do not have this restriction, and an upgrade to those packages will get your site back. Otherwise, it's a Permanent suspension because it's not allowed in free hosting at all."
