i guess my ip has been blocked

hi,

i believe that my ip has been blocked. I cannot even access the cpanel login page and my website hosted in x10hosting.

at first, i thought it was a server maintenance but my friend told me that the websites are accessible from his computer.To confirm that, i used proxy to access my website and it's all working fine.


i am calling the admins please unblocked my static ip.
