I now know that I should have read the help files before deleting things that I knew nothing about... But that is in the past and my problem is that I need to restore my account (files and folders) to it's previous glory. I've read in the forums that this has happened to a few unfortunate (I wasn't unfortunate btw, just naive) people like myself. There were a few answers to use a backup of sometype but I cannot find this option anywhere. I've only just opened the account and just want it reset. Barring a quick fix I can always just close the account and then reopen a new one but I believe someone here has a better answer...

Originally I just wanted to use the /public directory to host a simple site and no I didn't delete that folder originally but I pretty much deleted the rest. Deletion was done through a third-party FTP app and upon actually logging into the web based section of my account I was delighted at the power of free web hosting these days (x10hosting anyway) and would like to make use of some the other features. Put it this way, I haven't opened a hosting account since the late 90's and things were a little different back then and I do appologise for wasting time and yes, I should have backed up prior to deletion and yes, I've learnt my lesson...

Thanks in advance... Nvada B-)

I am going to escalate your thread to a support ticket where a member of staff can reset your account. Please await a response from a staff member. Thanks for choosing x10hosting and have a wonderful day!
