When i log in to R1Soft Restore Backups with in side of the c Panel i get this error

An error occurred during a connection to xo2.r1softlicenses.com. SSL received a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key in Server Key Exchange handshake message. (Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_ephemeral_dh_key)

When i log in with google chrome or IE 10 it works but when i log in with Firefox that when i get the error show
my 2 problem:
when i make a backup on the server using Softaculous. it will make the backup of the site but it only keep the backups for like no more than 1 hour or 2 some time it will not keep the backup at all after it show me the backup i=has been made in the Softaculous. So when i go in to the ftp i'm using FileZilla to see if the backup is there and i go to softaculous_backups to see if the back is there it is empty directory when. so sometimes I miss there backups because of that problem it will not give me time to backup then or copy them to my computer via ftp FileZilla
If someone can help with my 2 problems that will be grate thanks
