2. The ads must also put in a forum that we have created? for example IPB or PhpBB

1. The Banner must be viewable WITHOUT scrolling down (i.e. at the top of the page)

1. no banner and link can be anywhere
2. Yes the link has to be on your forums and every page viewable to the public. Like lambada said just ask for help. Infact i have edited CMS systems with the link in them.
3. There were problems with the old server so corey (admin) asked for a new server and started to transfer the accounts.
