iam having a problem with .co.cc domain when i add it as a parked domain ...... i can't get the servers for dns ...... so what r the servers name

i am not sure about that last question but if you mean how can i create a database .... have a look in cpanel you can create it from there

you can open mysql databases in c panel in example to check that
