If Bandwidth Transfer meter freeze then what is the problem... You site is working OK...
Just leave the bandwidth meter. Staff will resolve these minor issue after done with bigger issues..

Your site is opening speedy to me.. That might be problem on your side.. Try clear browser history and cache..
