I have a question about free hosting, as opposed to premium.

I was reading through the terms of service for free hosting, and noticed this:

Adult material is strictly forbidden on our free hosting services.

But the premium hosting terms has nothing on this. Does this mean someone could have "adult content" on their premium account? Forgive me, I wasn't exactly sure where to post this.
