I have a second domain, called sanctuarygraphics.info

I have a second domain, right, and I tried adding it, and it says its owned to another user, yet I purchased it! This happens whenever I try adding it to Addon domains. Can an admin or someone check this out, and see if its registered to ME? If so, please delete, because its not registgered in my CPanal.
