I have aproblem with my domain

i add my domain muslim-youth.eu in the cpanel and it is ok
and i change the DNS from the name.com site but when i open my domain i show me this message

but if i open my site with index path like ( http://muslim-youth.eu/index.html )
it is ok and i can open the site without any problem

but when i open muslim-youth.eu i want it to open automatically

It works fine here - clear your browser cache (Temporary Internet Files) and DNS cache, and restart your web browser.

Please clear your browser cache and flush your DNS, then try again.
Also, sites not in English, Spanish or French need a word for word manual translation. Are you able to provide me with a link to this?
