Hello, i am using x10hosting for school moodle website, and sometimes my teacher registers new users and you suspend me for using too much of cpu, can you stop this happening or what do i need to do to stop this happening. I am on boru server.

Do you have any plugins/modifications that might be resource intensive? Cache related plugins/mods can cause resource usage to go high, especially when they add new content to cache.

We can not prevent it from happening as it is an automated process, however with Prime Membership or the Illuminated enhancement, or a Premium Hosting package you'd be allowed to use more resources without being suspended.

The illuminated option is basically the same as Prime, but with the difference that you are then placed on a server where there's far less users (only illuminated accounts are placed there).
